The anti gun zealots didn’t wait long to use these dead children to push their agenda. If they have their way we will all have to cower in a closet and hope the killer runs out of bullets before he gets to us. That’s probably the only thing that kept this guy from killing two or three times more children. The police only arrived in time to document the death and destruction that took place. The killer was free to kill as many people as he wanted in a gun free zone. That probably wouldn’t have been the case had there been someone else in the school who was armed.
I agree. Several armed and trained school staff could have prevented many, if not most, of those deaths. But, liberals only have sights on disarming Americans, so that the next crazed gunman will have a similar target-rich environment. Give me a CCW, appropriate weapons/self-defense training (I’m out of practice), and a Glock, and that shooter drops to the floor dead.
