re: “If not, adopt coprophagia and go to DU.”
Concealed carry is the issue here - not homeschooling. I have no issue with homeschooling - my wife and I homeschooled one of our children, it’s great, but it’s not the issue here no matter how much you let fly with the insults.
As to citing a homeschooled kid being murdered in their home, no I cannot give you a statistic or cite a specific case. I suppose if I googled it I could find some, but my point was not that homeschooling was less safe than a public or private school, my point was that a senseless murder or murders can happen anywhere - especially if the homeowner/teacher/shopper/jogger etc. is not armed.
That’s also my point - some of you homeschoolers (not all, but some) are rabid in using every single negative story to “prove” your point about homeschooling. Public schools are an easy target and they do deserve much of the criticism they get - but THIS??
What about that nut that killed all those people at a movie theater? What about the guy who killed the pastor and others at a church service??
Again - THIS IS NOT ABOUT HOMESCHOOLING!! It’s about the need for conceal carry of firearms.
Besides, I’ve never personally liked the taste of poop and I hate democrats so I guess I can’t take your kind suggestion.
Yeah, sure...can't wait to see all those suburban and urban school systems in blue states happily greeting elementary school teachers who pack heat.

I'm not surprised.
Fortynine states have concealed carry. Last time I checked, school shootings were happening in them and I can't recall the last one that happened in my home state of Illinois, the only remaining state where carrying concealed is against the law. Unless you can force school systems to do with their employees what it took us decades to get state governments to do with voting citizens and do so with way, way fewer restrictions than "concealed cary" states like New York, your point makes no sense.
And yeah, it's an outrage that conservatives are criticizing public schools. How dare we.
