I remember once at work during lunch someone was talking bad about guns.. I said “We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for guns”, thinking I made a pro-American ‘feel good’ statement.. Well, I guess the 4 or 5 Mexican-Americans nearby felt a bit differently about my comment. LOL

I remember a Vestry meeting shortly after the concealed carry laws were changed here adding churches to permissible places to carry. Well, the Pastor decided to bring up the subject because the Parish itself can still prohibit. One of the senior members just looked at the Pastor and said “You don’t want to go there.” When she asked why he just said, Trust me, you don’t need to know. Subject has never come up again.
