Well, in the Alice in Wonderland world of Obamaland, I bet that lie was foisted upon the public by the Obamaland spin machine i.e. that tax increases on their products will benefit companies and our dutiful press just put their own by line on it and sent it out.
Of course after the election, all of this begins to hit the fan. Amazing what a month can accomplish.
If I were a Republican leader today i would get up and say the following:
We Republicans are against the elimination or delay of this tax going into effect. We are taking this stand so that the American people can finally understand what the incompetent economic policies passed by the Obama adminsitration and its allies in both the Congress and the media actually mean so that the next time voters go into the voting booth they will finally understand what progressive economic policies are all about.
We are sorry for the layoffs that will occur but sometimes the best long term interests of the country are served by the actual implementation of the policies the voters voted for.
We hope that every American takes the time to learn about the term unintended consequences, which governs the conservative principles of not being activist when it comes to government policy and remembers the party that voted to implement this anti-jobs policy.
When enough Americans have felt the pain of progressivism they will think more before voting.
Thank you and good luck.
Prepare for many layoffs in the medical field. Many doctors will retire early rather than tolerate this nobamacare crap. That will result in many layoffs...especially in private practices. Good luck everyone.
