LOL INVAR made another point that the problems we have won’t be solved politically and I agree, but this might at least force some changes to be made in the political realm on a day-to-day basis that would be beneficial. Everyone seems to have forgotten that Obama and his media CHOSE Romney to be their preferred candidate. They telegraphed way back in 2010 that of all the Republicans - they feared a Romney candidacy most as a threat to Obama.

This is how they do it up in Chicago. Use the media hounds to create the narrative and when the mob forces their choice of candidate down everyone's throats - they rig up the elections so that he can take the fall to the mat in the 3rd round and make everyone believe the game was not totally rigged in the first place.

Given Romney's history and that of his father, their is plausibility in your reasoning. Romney did after all go after the running contenders and ruthlessly at that, but not Obama. He also spent 2 times as much on campaign adds as Democrats, where talking about a business man here. His friend and lawyer change the by laws at the convention (12,15,&16) to make it easier for the GOP to keep more control. A lot of writing is on the wall here. I also keep thinking back to what Rush Limbaugh keeps saying back about the Democrat Party Core Groups who have a voting seat at the alter of power. I have come to the conclusion in the last few months that the Republican Party has become one of those said groups. You just cannot explain it any other way. With Obama's help and the help of FOX NEWS, Romney managed to sucker punch every primary opponant, Obama would take it from there.
