It’s obvious. Obama doesn’t want to dictate the control of ALL the land in the US. He only wants dominion over the land upon which it rains.
He also wants control over all lands where people are getting prepared.
I still can only come up with one explanation as to why this “man” has all this power. It must be Biblical.
