Since returning from a trip to southeast Asia on Nov. 21, President Obama has managed to play three rounds of golf but has met face-to-face only once with Speaker John A. Boehner, the man with whom he is trying to strike a deal on taxes and spending that could prevent another recession. With the deadline for going over the fiscal cliff less than three weeks away, the presidents schedule this week is exceptionally light. It does not include any time on the links with Mr. Boehner, Ohio Republican, who is also an avid golfer.

Hey, he’s got to rest up for his Hawaiian vacation.
The lazy SOB eater should have lost his cushy gig. America should have fired him.
Romney should have run endless ads of Obama on the golf course, but Romney only played dirty with his GOP opponents. :-(
This tells us one of two things: 1) Eitrher a deal has already been struck and this is just political theater, or 2) it confirms what we already know - zero could give a rat's behind if America goes "off the cliff".
or 3) Obama hates negotiating in person because everyone in the room sees what an idiot he is.
I’ve been saving photos of mercenary secret service traitors partying and spending my children’s money as TSHF draws near.
He is not worried. He knows that the Republicans will cave.
I would bet he has the date and time of the cave in written down on his schedule.
Is he a puppet?I withhold judgment awaiting more evidence.Or
Is he the evil SOB directing this madness?
I just finished watching a movie about a Republican president who lived over 150 years ago. That kind of a man doesn’t exist in America anymore. Historians will spend the next millenium debating his policies, etc... but it’s safe to say there are no Abraham Lincolns among us today. Oh, and memo to Speaker Crybaby Mr. Lincoln faced far more opposition in his day than any president in our nation’s history and that man didn’t cave in when times got tough.
A puppet and no more! He is more concerned about his next homosexual encounter than anything else. Now I don’t know that for a fact, but that is my take on it.
Reggie Love replacement?
Maybe they do, but a majority of the Electorate disagree.
They think Obama got a raw deal “inheriting” the terrible Bush Economy. It isn’t his fault, even though he was a U.S. Senator for two years and got away with the lame excuse that he had no idea how bad things were.
They know he is really trying and darn it, he cares about the little guy. sniff, sniff...
And shucks, he so much smarter than the average Bear.
“Is he a puppet? Or Is he the evil SOB directing this madness?”
I wonder how many Germans asked themselves the same question as they watched their young boys marched off to war under the narcissist Hitler.
Wrell, that's a given!
the pied piper
He’s focused as a laser.
