I'm not black but it's gotta be worse for black conservatives here, especially reading the pseudo ebonics posts and ignorant mockery of names black people choose for their children. It's none of my business what free people choose to name their children.

I've got a black neighbor in my conservative little town. He says he can deal with it just fine but says it isn't helpful when he tries to pull other blacks into the conservative fold. He says a joke between familiar friends is fine but speaking openly of strangers, not so much.

Its one of the reasons I defend Detroit citizens as victims of democrat policies rather than perpetrators. I feel the same way about welfare recipients. I've gotten so I cringe every time I see the term "Holder's people".

Similarly, one shouldn't hold anything against illegal aliens. Were I in their shoes, I'd try to make it into the USA, as well.

Instead, our animus should be directed against the federal government -- the officials and legislators who allowed (even enabled) them to cross the river.

Welfare families, illegals, etc., there is nothing wrong with society today that the federal government, itself, did not create.
