She is the victim, and she is the one that suffered the attack and injury, and she's the one that's lucky that, it didn't take her life.

He's lucky only in the fact that, he's the son of a congressman, and probably got off easier than any other person because of who he is related to.

Kas, had the young Moran been a Republican, this would have indeed been a serious incident worthy of months of full press coverage.

As you of all people should by now know, that since the young Moran is a Democrat, all he was doing was offering a young lady a remarkable opportunity for personal growth through physically intimate personal interaction. The judge was correct in chastising the young Moran for somewhat excessive zeal, even if correctly directed.
