Nail the perp’s ass, civilly and criminally if possible.

1. IF there is an arrest of the right guy, obviously cooperate with the prosecution fully.

2. Sue the perp. If it’s not initially known who the perp is, sue John Doe and subpoena the union(s) that were gooning it up there that day. Someone, under oath and under penalty of perjury, will have to say who it is (or go to jail).

I doubt Crowder will get much in damages, particularly if there’s a goon sympathizer on any jury (likely), but at least there will be a consequence.

Personally, I’m hoping for jail time for the perp, civil damages aside.
