I understand why you feel the way you do and its the propaganda that the news media and television put out...all of my children sit down to dinner with their children except one that is divorced but he and his kids get along fine. Cheer up and tell the media and newspapers to go to he!!. There are more of us than there are of them....When they were youngsters the dinning room table and dinner were learning experiences for them...like we camped from michigan to colorado to florida. One question would be asked and the one that remembered the most states got a “good going” from mom and dad. Just as example of dinner...Lots of people like you and me and probably the majority of freepers do the same thing.....once in a while as a teen, the boys would get a butt kick for being stupid....lesson learned :O)

There are more of us than there are of them I would argue that point with you, granny, esp. considering the events of last month. That's not to say that many of us stayed home or had our votes "lost" by some malfeasance, but more people will suffer the emotional and morale degradation I have and feel there's little hope for the greatness of America.
I will persevere, but I fear the costs to live will increase greatly in the coming year.
