Millions in government are NOT subjected to RANDOM drug test like most of us are. This includes the Congress their staffs, the President and his staff, the senators or their staffs, government public school teachers, firemen and cops, judges, mayors etc, the IRS, police chiefs, city council members, District attorneys and the millions in nearly every big government department in the U.S., are NOT RANDOMLY drugs tested. This is no secret.

If all these people who make the big decisions and hold the big power are not randomly drug tested...It begs the question, why should the lowly private sector cubic worker be tested and not those who hold the real power and control?

Because someone wrote it into the contract.

Well, then this makes the American private sector pretty damn stupid...

BTW, you continually bring up the lowly underpaid in the military...??

What about all the hundreds of thousands of others in government who actually have control, hold power and make the big decisions which affect you and everyone else?
