There was a Florida Today report written by Alan Snel. The DOD has all the figures about male on male rapes on their website.
Look up military SARC. You will get an idea of what is going on.

But more than 110 men last year reported sexual assault by other men almost three times as many as in 2007, with actual victim numbers believed to be much higher.”
