Do you notice that Obama's demagoguery is all about the taxpayers whose fate is not really up for grabs? Both sides agree that the middle tax cuts should be preserved. So why does Obama go off on how that group will be hurt when the real analysis needs to be on the impact to the top 2%? All he is doing is mental masturbation. A free and independent press would not let him get away with this.

And a real opposition party would be emphasizing this day-in and day-out. Where the h3ll can we find one of those?
