You forgot to mention, this institution, at least in mid-term, will have significant economic power and technology enough to have WMD and delivery system. It is actually possible for them to extend as far as Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

I remember some other Democrat pResident who championed “Democracy” and sold it to the people of Iran and the UN to oust a dictator who would not bow to him and his proposed kick-back scam.
