If we look at the case in Las Vegas at the COSTCO there's an employee who is getting his britches sued off in a civil suit for telling a story to the cops that resulted in the shooting death of a customer ~ you might want to read it.
The evidence trail starts with the store security looking at video images ....... I think somebody is going to look at them eh! The officer's reactions, even if illfounded, may well have been lawful given what the store security people told him However, what they told him may have been total BS.
Since there's a dead body there in the passenger's seat I do believe EVERYTHING is on the table in this one.

You are attempting to compare an innocent, licensed CCW citizen being gunned down by three cops to a shoplifter killed by a police officer after the car she was in tried to run down the cop? That’s kind of a stretch, is it not?
