The idea that I got was to ‘listen’ to what was reported, you seem to have ‘assumed’ that the cop was out of line and guilty of murder because of your past experiences. I am waiting with an open mind.

My experience is that the more serious the potential charges, the more likely people are to lie ~ so we start with the situation ~ cop shoots and kills passenger.

What would your assumption be about what laws might apply?
