I am not a reporter and I saw shoes in the parking lot. The local news showed a photograph of the shoes and said the cop feared he would be “backed over” when the woman threw her car in reverse and he was caught between the drivers seat and the door.

I have seen nothing in the Chronicle or on the nightly news since this happened. I’ll be sure to tell you if I do.

Glad you get the idea. WE don't really know anything about those shoes. We have a 'someone said someone said' situation.

This will come up in the grand jury if it actually has anything to do with this case.
