There’s not a legal requirement for the CJOTUS to do it, but I would be surprised if it were not Roberts.
The only time it hasn’t been done by the CJOTUS is 1789, 1793 and then to fill a vacancy: 1841, 1850, 1881 (although Chet Arthur was sworn in by the CJOTUS two days later), 1901, 1923, and 1963.
Andrew Johnson, Truman, and Ford were all sworn in by the CJOTUS.
