Perhaps someone here can fill in the blanks. I came across an article on Yahoo Sports which was as perplexing.
These pols sure are a different breed.
This ‘proposal’ sounds like something a bunch of drunks sitting around a bar would come up with.

If there is no more work for these fools to do other than hair brained schemes like this and worrying about Barry Bonds or other such NON POLITICAL foolishness, maybe they should all just be FIRED!.
