A lot of that going around.
YOU made up the part about GeronL saying the shooter was smoking in front of his son, dincha?
They don’t really believe in God-given rights. They believe the government gives us our rights. Has there ever been a real hew and cry from Republicans about no-knock warrants?
yep. I never said the guy smoked in front of his son (which would likely be legal in WA now)
It's pretty close to it with Ritalin now. It's not really a big leap from telling you what you can't take to telling you what you have to take. Bureaucrats aren't famous for their self-restraint in the exercise of power.
“YOU made up the part about GeronL saying the shooter was smoking in front of his son, dincha? “
Yup. Lotta that going around. He said he grew in front of his son - not supported by the article. I added smoked in front of his son - not supported by GL’s comment.
Hey, GeronL - you think this guy ever smoked around or in front of his son? null and void is worried I’m misunderstanding your take.
You read the second paragraph to say this guy grew in front of his son?
I really don’t care about that, isn’t it legal there now?
Meanwhile the illegal pot growing operation in his house has endangered his son.
Raising a kid and growing dope under the exact same roof. It was either in front of him or behind his back.
Even Emo Phillips eventually opened the basement door...
This is no different than the wedge that Jackson and Sharpton use.
True conservatives care not about a persons lifestyle when attacked. They applaud the use defense.
Wow, legalized lung cancer and COPD, good deal! /s
Also, theft is theft and breaking and entering is breaking and entering even if the object of the theft is illegal to possess. When a person commits a crime that doesn't give the rest of humanity carte blanche to commit any crime they like on him and his property. Some of the arguments on this thread sound like they're made by anarchists.
Have a cigar. You’re gonna go far.
My understanding of the legislation is that if you pay for a growing permit you can grow it, but of course they haven’t put a price on the permit yet and this guy isn’t starting from scratch.
I think the idea was to make it into a legal business and the state gets tax revenues and the price of the growing permits. Better than a state income tax.

There are so many people(like myself for instance)that have not truly thought through all of the positions they hold. True justice is hard to discern in all cases because of biased journalists, biased judges, biased witnesses and a confused populace on what is true justice because most don’t follow the justice laid down by God long ago.
I’m not really a prepper so to speak because I can’t afford to be, but if I had food and people around me were dying of starvation? Preach the Gospel to a dying person? This is not able to be wrote because it is case by case and we will all have do decide things like this if society collapses.
We all are so insulated from having to really make decisions that many predecessors had to face that we become glib and haughty on an anonymous internet forum.
Yeah! Next thing you know, he'll probably crack open a beer!
You can smoke it here (privately) as of yesterday, but technically, you can’t grow it (without a medical marijuana growing permit) or buy it on the street. That is Washington State law; what individual LE agencies and prosecutors choose to enforce may be something different.
Yes, I do. But that is why it is called the "War On (Some) Drugs".
It doesn't matter whether I do or not, what you are "using" is still a mind-altering drug.
people who equate a soda to illegal drugs are simply delusional
Will DNCPMSNBC nightly news show the Daily Death Count in a little box in a corner of the screen?
Will we see "Two Marijuana Deaths" in a little box complete with a reefer pic on the screen tonight?
No?
No.....
I thought not.
I'm really good at anwering my own questions.
