This man maybe suffering from dementia and may have thought this white woman was truly trying to hurt him.Maybe, but the police charged him with murder, and if he were impaired he probably would have been given a lesser charge.

The police have been known to change their minds; i.e. Zimmerman went from innocent and free to guilty and jailed because of public outcry on the Left or/and new information.
