Before President Obama decides once and for all to fly off the fiscal cliff like a leftist eagle, hes meeting with all of his lackeys in the media. That started today with four MSNBC primetime hosts entering the West Wing to lick the shoes of the President. First, Ed Schultz tweeted that he was meeting with Obama to discuss the fiscal cliff; then Huffington Post reporter Jennifer Bendery let on that shed seen Rachel Maddow, Lawrence ODonnell, and Al Sharpton a group with the combined IQ of a single kumquat entering the West Wing. Maddow apparently gigglesnorted that she was headed for a hippie cabal.
That wasnt all. According to other sources, the Daily Kos and Huffington Post did show up, along with supposedly more objective media like the Washington Post.

The USA went over the fiscal cliff in 2008. We are just continuing to plummet. The new taxes will have no effect because there is no income. I went to a meeting of 12 professional people last night, one Shell retiree, on pension, one 74 year old retirement age geophysicist consultant working day rate, all others unemployed or underemployed. 7 had no work at all. These are all educated experienced people. One guy even tried Macdonalds he was so desperate, but no job. It’s over folks. The fat lady sang. Now Obama and Boner are in the house, shooting the dog, swiping the cash guns jewelry and laptops and flat screens. It’s over.
Like I’ve been saying, the primary issue for Liberty is to address how information is disseminated to the citizens.

Apologies to JFK:
"Never has there been a greater dearth of intellectual power
here at the White House, except when Barack & Michele dine alone."

Just the monthly meeting of the “Insane Media Caucus” at the White House.

Early in the first term we suspected that there was collusion between the media and the president when it came to talking points. Now, they are openly flaunting the collusion of ideas, plots, meetings of deception right in the countries faces! Pitiful! Pitiful, indeed. Who needs old-style open, semi-adversarial press conferences when you can have a sympathetic media huddle to plan your agit-prop?
