What will happen to drug tests for employees or CDL license drug screening for truck drivers?
I think there will only be more testing.
All marijuana tests and federal and state penalties are still lawful for employees, people on probation, jailed prisoners, etc.
Realistically, it’s only a matter months before some judge rules that those prohibitions are unconstitutional.
