I think I heard the sound of champagne corks popping over at the local divorce attorneys office. Here in NYS that's one attorney every 100 square feet of earth surface area.

I guess the only silver lining here is when "Social" Mom gets systematically trashed, bad mouthed and cut out of the child's life when the "couple" divorces--akin to the way today's suburban dad gets cut out of the child's life when, after being divorced/dumped by mommykins, he decides to "move on." Maybe then the "Family" court grist mill and divorce industry will recognize (usually) maternally instigated parental alienation as real child abuse that it is.
