It is a Constitution based movement! There is no 'umbrella group' or leader. The Tea Party is a movement. Not GOP - Not Libertarian. Because the tea party was only a (sputtering) movement in 2012, it was powerless in getting us a conservative president.
It can, and needs to, do more.
