I believe he and some others since they own “farms” in NJ, they are exempt from some taxes. I will look for the link and post when I find it

Springsteen has some kind of farm in Jersey and I think he raises honey bees (or it might be Bon Jovi - I forget). Anyways he gets a tax break for that farm and whatever it is he grows or raises.
