Try Benfotiamine (lipid-based vitamin B1) for the neuropathy. It’s historically been used for diabetics, but they’ve recently discovered it to be also effective for Vietnam vets with Agent Orange nerve damage. Cheap and no side effects.

Google it.

Thanks for that. I'd been researching Benfotiamine along with Lipoic Acid to help with the effects. Are you taking it? Have you had positive experience?

I'm currently taking Elevil (sp?) in the evenings along with two Melatonin to help me get to sleep, problem is I wake up after 3-4 hours from the burning/tingling in my feet. Very difficult to get a good nights rest with this. I've been battling the onset of neuropathy since about 32'ish .....
