I saw that and took Mister Costas of the non-creep list.
From Drudge, " Jovan Belcher was allegedly battling football-related head injuries and booze, painkiller..." issues, and Mister Costas blames the firearm.
The solution?
I would require weekly drug screening for all NFL players, coaches, and refs (and Costas).
