“What then?” Simple...boot the door so paramedics cant get in. And when they call 911, hang up. Karma’s a bitch. They should have called the people in charge of Obamacare to get the proper clearance for whatever is allowed to be done, 911 will disappear and be replaced by an 800 number with a wait time of at least ten minutes before you get to the automated answer machine which will tell you to hang up and call later.
