In other words, if Obama takes us over the fiscal cliff, Bohner and the house GOP’s aren’t going to give Obama money for some very serious spending programs like Obamacare.
I think the GOP need to not fund that mess anyways.
Put the Progressives on a leash, a prepaid credit card to match Clinton era spending levels. Then, let the progs figure out how to spend that block of money
