This is good example of the insidiousness of obamacare, they can quickly enact new rules or make stuff up at any time to counter any attack or close up any unintended loopholes.

The law is a couple thousand pages of massive powers granted in very vague, wide-open language. When they come up with a new “rule” they can say “page 2105, section 9, p2, it says that such and such will be determined by the secretary...blah blah blah.” They can literally make *hit up and even if someone tries to fight it, they will lose after a long legal battle.

It should have been deemed unconstitutional on this fact alone! If a bill is so big that nobody including the supreme court will read the whole thing, how can anyone say without a doubt that its constitutional? We are ruled by stupid power mad people, they are no longer our servants.

It’s a taaaaaaaaaaax!

Instead of requiring you to pay for X, which would be blatantly unconstitutional, they just tax you and buy X for you with the tax money. Clever ain’t it.

I was a member of a flight attendant’s union.

I cannot tell you how many times I personally heard - or heard happened to other flight attendants - when questioning something in our contract that was vague, “I know that is what it says but that is not what it means.”

The ambiguousness is always quite intentional and will never be ruled in your favor.
