I am a health insurance agent.
Is there ANY law which states that all insurance MUST be purchased through an “exchange”?
I am not aware of any such language in Obamacare.

Is there ANY law which states that all insurance MUST be purchased through an “exchange”? You'll have to read the law, now that it's been passed...to know what's in the law. I have a feeling it says something about "evolving", somewhere in there.
