“What is laughable is that if any of these provisions are invoked by the federal gov’t, you cannot stop them.

You can file a lawsuit on constitutional grounds, but that will take years to grind along.

You will just have to submit until the courts get around to making a decision that is not always going to protect your rights.”

so all of you who didn’t vote for Romney allowed this to happen.

“so all of you who didn’t vote for Romney allowed this to happen.”

BS. We have many checks and balances and if they fail then those responsible for them also failed, such as the Senate and the House. It is why we have the Second Amendment, to protect ourselves from a failed system.

Mr. Romney's VP pick voted for the National Defense Authorization Act. And yet you still believe there is some difference on supporting liberty between the parties?

Did FR go ape because of of Mr. Ryan's support of NDAA and other unconstitutional infringements? Nah.

You can try to file a lawsuit, many people have tried, and they have been tossed out either from national security reasons or lack of standing.

I voted for Romney, but your statement is nonsense. Those who voted for Romney in the primaries (and, in 2008, for McCain) allowed this to happen.
