“If you watch any movies or TV shows the black guys are always the smartest and most hip, good guys of the story, while the white guys are always the bad guys.... Always.”
I’ve never seen any recent action movies in theaters, but occasionally I see snips of them on TV. It brings tears to my eyes to see patriotic blacks selflessly laying down their lives for their country, demonstrating to their white comrades true character. I guess I just didn’t know about this side of them; in Newark NJ I never see American flags waving.
Hmm, maybe. It depends on how they define 'country'? And what exactly they are fighting for? I'd be willing to bet that those who would align themselves with being "African-American", as blacks first don't/aren't fighting for the same thing.
