I think I’m pretty much done with this thread now, its getting pretty tedious, but before I go, I just have this to say. Both of you did have some good points, but I found them to be rather unnecessarily wrapped up in personal attacks and insults, despite which I have the intellectual integrity to admit have some validity with regards to your own personal experience.
You might find however, that in future, being respectful is a better way to persuade people to your point of view, because most people faced with your method of ‘debating’ would make it a matter of personal pride to stick to their own personal view no matter what, which leaves both parties back to where they started from and achieves nothing...
Unless of course your real reason for saying what you do is not actually to persuade someone to your point of view, but to gratify yourselves by hurling abuse and insults on those who you disagree with, which is an attitude I have seen mostly from leftists I have ‘debated’ with whose stubborn and tiresome adherence to PC dogma will brook no opposition or room to change their minds and simply like to scream abuse at others because they find it easier than actually putting the effort in to trying to reason their way to changing someone else’s mind. Maybe you guys should just think about that for next time, or just carry on hurling abuse. Whatever, your not getting paid to do this, so I suppose whatever floats your boat...

If you refrain from posting on subjects of which you have absolutely no knowledge or understanding you might find more respect from the other posters.
