IIRC, it’s against board rules to change the title of a linked article. The author was, however, free to add “(Wyoming)” at the end.
Yeah, I know about not changing a title. But there is no rule that states one cannot put “WYOMING:” at the beginning of the body.
There are small towns all across the nation that have names duplicated elsewhere. Dallas in Oregon and Manhattan in Kansas are two that spring to my mind.
Caspar, in California’s Mendocino County, can be found in Wikipedia. It has a population of 509 and has an interesting history, replete with crazed envionmentalists.
