They aren’t cutting Pell Grants - just the time allowed to get a degree. Now that all schools on are semesters instead of some having quarters - this allows students 6 years to get a degree. Most bachelor’s degrees only take 4 years.
Actually it took me 5 yrs to get ny Bachelors, but I was working full time and had a family.
