First I was appalled, the when she said California is the best place to be on welfare I wondered if she'd tried it in any other states.

Having seen MA families using welfare as legacies to their offspring, I've seen it considered their heritage. Girls learn to plan pregnancy so they can get their own apartment, childcare, food subsidies and more.

It's truly horrific.
