VOTER ID WORKS....

In Indiana, Republicans won a Super-Majority in both houses, despite sending a Dem to the Senate.

More importantly, we won some important State House seats in the areas near Chicagoland, that in the past had been plagued with fraud allegations.

While absentee fraud is likely still a problem, checking ID’s vs the voting roll book WORKS.

Voter ID would work even better if we periodically purged the rolls and forced fresh signups. (I just heard a silent but collective scream from lefties all over the country!)

We hold a 3 branch majority here in Michigan too. Contrary to the falsehood happily promoted at FR we do have a voter ID law. Its (must ask) but is pretty effective due to the fact that you have to sign an affidavit (signed confession) that you’re a legal voter. Its why they threw such a tantrum over the simple citizenship check box we had on ballot applications for a few months. The day after the election, Obama’s defacto dream act illegals protested the fact that the SOS won’t give them driver’s licenses. They said not having an ID singled them out if they wanted to (illegally) vote.

The ACLU wants early voting, no excuse absentee voting, any precinct voting, and “drive through voting” (pick up your ballot early and drop it off on election day)

As far as I’m concerned, anything that makes voting easy is good for the democrats. If it were up to me you could only register at the SOS office, vote with a picture ID on 1 election day, and very limited absentee voting.
