I didn’t grow up surrounded by political debate, but my Dad, a WWII veteran, taught me one thing above all others:
“When the going gets tough, the tough gets going”.
I for one am not going to be content to stand idly by and watch the country collapse just because “they won”. I realize it may not be possible to stop it but we don’t just give up - is that the kind of people we’ve become?
If Rush (or anyone else) is just going to sit around and whine about what happened and give up and not try to put forth the important truths of Conservatism, then I (and many others, I think), am outta here. I’m tougher than that.
