Tell me about all the other "normal, plain, routinely reported crime stories" that are reported in the New York Times, that are reported all over the net, and which are reflexively tied to another story that was a cause celebre for months. Your statement is simply wrong on its face.
I see lots of "normal, plain, routinely reported crime stories" I have posted thousands of them on freerepublic. This is not one of them.
So far this story is completely normal, but you sure aren’t, with your drama and long speculative narratives.
This case has nothing to do with Zimmerman, as I posted on the other thread, titled, “Argument over loud music led to teen’s fatal shooting, cops say(Trayvon Martin redux?)”
To: Arthurio
Not everything is a Trayvon Martin, where the guy is leaped on and is on the ground fighting for his life, and is already bloody and battered as he desperately squeezes off a shot that saves his life.
It isnt fair to Zimmerman and to extreme self-defense cases, to keep using this Trayvon thing so casually and as a catch phrase.
