IF I was a terrorist sitting on my butt at Gitmo I’d be sweating blood bullets over the possibility of being transfered to a prison in the U.S. and being surrounded by American criminals who had nothing better to do all day than figure out some way to get at me and do things to my body that no one has ever heard of and would never believe possible.

Bet she's doing this thinking California needs another federal bailout for their prison system.

I would agree...life in Gitmo is better than life in a US prison. But the game here...is to force civilian judges and Constitutional law into the system. Once you hint of torture....each client will be released.

Problem is....there are Islamists currently in our prisons indoctrinating other prisoners.
