Why would I apologize because you posted a link to the Wikipedia entry for Certificate of Loss of Nationality? How does that link prove that (a) such a certificate was issued regarding Obama, or (b) the SoS is in possession of such a certificate for Obama, and is thus "de facto President"?
I'll ask again - if the SoS is in the position to act as "de facto President," why is Hillary (e.g., the most power-hungry person in Washington, and that's saying a lot) walking away from the job?
