Hall says that the extra votes are people voting in the wrong precinct, and when those are returned to the correct precint, the discrepancy goes away. Sounds legit, but I have no way to verify. I think that explanation is in the article I linked, if not it’s online somewhere.
The Republican Party has no stomach for the fight that is necessary to save America from the approaching totalitarianism. 2012 was a test run.
