Accidentally? and they will say every poll worker is honest upright etc. If "accidentally" then they are all INCOMPETANT and therefore not honest and upright.

Wouldn’t it have been determined at the outset (when they were checked in) which precinct they lived in? In our precinct, the first thing they ask us for is our address.

If they were handing out ballots without verifying that the people receiving them were even eligible to vote in that particular precinct, that points to negligence or fraud.
