You must have missed the first Congressional hearings on this. The former security officer for Amb. Stevens repeated numerous times that requests for more security were denied. DAS Lamb, who was responsible for approving of those requests confirmed over and over that the requests were denied.

Right. Exactly what my post makes crystal clear.
But .. no one ever said who made the denial of security. Hillary’s name was never mentioned .. I found that odd. If Hillary did actually deny the requests .. why was everybody hiding that info. It was the station chief in Cairo was the only reference I ever heard about who stopped the requests for more security.
And .. the first sentence was really more related to the last part of my msg .. sorry if that was confusing.
Because so many people have said the rescue was “denied”. But .. in fact nothing was ever said because it doesn’t have to be said. If the order doesn’t come - the CBA did not get signed - it’s that cut and dried.
AND ONLY OBAMA CAN SIGN IT.
