Most likely the standard everywhere.

If you ask someone to leave your private property and they don't comply, they are trespassing after having a reasonable time to do so.

Wal-Mart and I'm sure many other stores, deal with minor shop lifting in a similar manner. They take a picture of the shop lifter and inform them if they are ever seen in any W-M store they will be arrested for trespassing.

W-M is not public property, just like your yard is not public property, no one has a "right" to be there.

that’s nice but the discussion was about the comment about law-makers breaking the law. Grayson wasn’t arrested and he didn’t break the law.
