Here in Virginia it varied from about 50% in reliably red counties where Obama's war on coal should ave motivated a few more voters to 60% in the black and blue cities like Petersburg. In my own reddish rural county it was Romney 60-40 with 17k out of voting age 29k. Our lib/black precinct had much longer lines than elsewhere but I don't have numerical breakdowns for that yet.
If half of us voted then that means that 1 out of 4 of us choose how the other 3 are allowed to live - - - .
