I’m a bit confused by this, because when you take a PRAXIS, they do require you to have photo identification WHEN YOU SIGN IN and AS THEY PASS TESTS out. Don’t see how this could be happening unless the ETS employees were in on it too.

Presumably part of the "service" includes fake IDs for the operatives. All they need is a name to put on it. The operative just moves around and shows a different name on the ID each time he or she takes the test.

Yeah, I hope all of his “operatives” get nailed and thrown in jail too. This is playing with students’ futures. The PRAXIS is not too difficult to pass but you must be competent. I passed the history PRAXIS even though I was an English major.
